Here’s one of those things that just peeves the crap out of me. “We’re pregnant” can also be found being used as… “They’re pregnant”.

NO! We’re NOT pregnant, however my beautiful wife is pregnant with our baby. About 2 years ago I heard this term being used by a relative of Caron and ever since then, it seems you can’t get away from it.

p.s. And yea..I’m NOT a Trini-Canadian. I am a proud Trinidadian who is just as proud of the country I now call home… Canada. I’m reminded every time I encounter immigration that I’m not a TRUE Canadian when they ask..”Where were you born?” Does it matter? Do you ask everyone with a Canadian passport where they were born? Probably not, but I have that feature that sticks out eh! Curse my big brain!
