The past week I’ve been hitting the gym and the day I couldn’t make it to the gym I walked a few blocks. I’ve been up the past couple hrs, had my tea, watered the garden and as I make this post I’m lacing up my Nike Shox for the ultimate work-out!

Do children really need to punish their parents with this back to school routine that happens every year around the time we’re all hating the fact that it will start getting cold again soon? I love shopping (for myself ), but I can only imagine how packed the malls will be today. Hopefully everyone’s still in vacation mood and will be sitting at some beach or pool and the malls will be empty. Fat Chance!

Can I survive this dreaded back to school shopping day with only 1 week of conditioning? If I can’t, hopefully Mr. Visa and Mrs Master Card will.
