Another long day. Time to hire another virtual assistant.
April 21st, 2008 by Chris De La Rosa

Just kidding! It’s been another long day for me, but I’m quite thankful for the help I’m getting with my VA. It’s about 11pm here in Southern Ontario and besides running around most of the day, I’ve been working on this computer for the past 6hrs or so. So I’m beat! Maybe I’ll go out to the hot tub for a 5, then hit the sacks. Let me see if I can find a pic on this camera of the hot tub to show you how inviting it can be. It’s about 12 C outside and the tub is set at 38.5 C.. yup I’m heading out there now.

What was the point of this post? See below the pic…

Is it Better with an Agent?
April 21st, 2008 by Chris De La Rosa

With an ever-changing work-force and sporadic industry demands, those seeking new positions and/or occupations are often left wondering if they are actually viewing all available opportunities in their field of expertise.  Many job seekers wonder if they have the same advantages as other seekers in the same work field, and from immense experience and study, the answer is…No!  Those with greater chances for a potential hire, are often under the wing of a staffing agent through a specific employment agency.   You see, many jobs, in high paying companies, are contracted to an employment agency for a faster and more efficient batch of qualified candidates and in efforts to eliminate their own search due to lack of time.  Employment agencies are companies that match job seekers with available positions or they set up companies with a high valued group of candidates for their choice for a specific position.  These agencies have the latest available positions and are highly effective in placement of candidates as well as intense knowledge of current market trends and demands.  They give the candidate a competitive edge as they are the candidate’s biggest hype man.

The SureJobs Network is a unique employment agency as they are a fully internet based employment solution company, therefore, giving them the competitive edge as they have access to jobs nation wide and in Canada.  They have been able to combine new-age technology with old fashion customer service in an effort to produce incredible results and the utmost customer care.  SureJobs Network serves the needs of both the general job seeker and the needs of various company seeking their services.  To the job seeker they offer instant source of jobs, interviews, and employment resources.   Offering five different services levels to meet the needs of every client, SureJobs enables the client to control their direction and success in searching for a position.  These services range from free to premium fast track, as premium services mean a higher level of priority services.

As a current Independent Job Agent for SureJobs Network, I can assure the best services for my clients.  I am available 24 hrs via email to my clients, as they range in location and time zones.  I have an up-to-date list of jobs in every state; ranging from general to executive positions.  I match and recommend qualified job seekers to the best current option, always leaving them the option to wait for a better opportunity.  All of our candidates are screened through an online application in the categories of: employment history, education/training details, specific skills and/or qualifications and Ten Online interview questions.  This allows me to be extremely accurate in our quest to always provide only the best people with the right qualifications.

Therefore, the option of doing a job search with a Job Agent is much more efficient, effective and promising, as the Job Agent’s main objective and focus is placing you, the job seeker, in the best possible work environment.

**Those seeking a current position can contact me via email at GiselleR@Surejobsnetwork.com or visit SureJobs Network - Smart Employment Solutions If you sign-up as for any of our services, please send me an email including your membership ID and resume so that I can track you in the database.  Those in need of a resume touch-up or an actual resume state that in the email and I will discount your services at Eliteresumes.org.**
