I’d like to introduce you to…
Shirley Anderson began her freelance writing career back in prehistoric times. The earth was still cooling and the only way to get published was to submit an outstanding query letter or manuscript directly to a publisher, which she did. All of it was done via snail mail, and included a great deal of wait time and apprehension. Luckily, Shirley was successful in getting published in newspapers and magazines. It was the only thing that helped her cope with her impatience. She wasn’t good at waiting.
One day, someone introduced Shirley to a marvellous new invention called “The Internet”. It was wondrous! Instant communication and publication abounded, eliminating those horrid times waiting to hear back from editors. It was a heavenly discovery that lead to her current online writing career.
Backed by her writing and business experience, the bulk of Shirley Anderson’s work is now the ghostwriting of articles and web content for businesses and site owners.
While she does some writing for pleasure and profit on HubPages, plugging away at story and novel writing is an indulgence she treats herself to when time permits.

Michelle Noe
At 37 years young, Michelle lives in the house that she grew up in. The house is in Auburn, Indiana and has been passed down through her family, now, for 120 years. Her three daughters, Ashley, Haleigh, and Alli are the fifth generation of her family to grow up in this house. It is located on a 150 acre farm with lots of trees, plenty of fields, and a few cows. Michelle’s Shih Tzu, Maverick, thinks he can herd the cattle. She also has a Siamese, Aristotle, as well as another Shih Tzu and two more cats. She began her writing career in elementary school with outlandish stories involving animals saving the world…Benji was obviously a favorite of hers, and from there, she moved onto romantic novels ending in ‘happily ever afters’ as she grew into a teenager. As an adult, her creative side had to fight for time to be used between Michelle being a soccer mom, a dental assistant, and a wife. But now, that her kids are getting older and becoming more independent, they are showing her that they have gotten their mother’s gift of creativity by writing outlandish stories just as she once did. It makes her realize how much fun it really is to just sit and imagine what can be.
