* Reviews case records and reports, collects and analyzes data, evaluates client&#8217;s medical and vocational status and defines needs and problems in order to provide proactive case management services.<br />
* Performs various duties including vocational evaluation, counseling, medical assessment and coordinate return to work.<br />
* Demonstrates ability to meet or surpass administrative requirements, including productivity, time management, quality assessment (QA) standards with a minimum of supervisory intervention. Facilitates a timely return to work date by establishing a professional working relationship with the client, physician and employer. Coordinates return to work with patient, employer and physicians.<br />
* May recommend and facilitate completion of peer reviews and IME’s by obtaining and delivering medical records and diagnostic films notifying patients.<br />
* Manages cases of various product lines of at least 3-4 areas of service (W/C, Health, STD, LTD, Auto, Liability, TPA, Catastrophic, Life Care Planning). Specifically, the case manager should be experienced in catastrophic cases plus 2-3 additional types listed above.<br />
* Renders opinions regarding case cost, treatment plan, outcome, and problem areas and makes recommendations to facilitate rehabilitation goals and RTW.<br />
* May review files for claims adjusters and supervisors.<br />
* May perform job site evaluations/summaries. Prepares monthly written evaluation reports denoting case activity, progress and recommendations in accordance with state regulations and company standards.<br />
* May obtain referrals from branch claims office or assist in fielding phone calls for management as needed.<br />
* Maintains contact and communicates with insurance adjusters to apprise them of case activity, case direction or receive authorization for services. Maintains contact with all parties involved on case, necessary for rehabilitation of the client.<br />
* Travels to homes, health care providers, job sites, and various offices as required to facilitate return to work and resolution of cases.<br />
* May meet with employers to review active files.<br />
* Reviews cases with supervisor monthly to evaluate file and obtain direction.<br />

<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>* Valid RN licensure in the state(s) the incumbent works in.<br />
* Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a health-related field is required.<br />

* Five (5) years or more workers’ compensation case management experience in the company or a similar organization.<br />

This is a key role in the Customer Care organization at Asurion. In the Supervisor role you would have responsibility for leading and developing a team of Remote Customer Service Reps (CSRs) to exceed customer expectations by delivering the expected level of performance along all relevant dimensions. The team sizes may vary due to business need however the average target size is 12-15 Remote CSRs per Supervisor.</p>
<p>In this role it is expected that the Supervisor would spend the majority of their time with their team members conducting coaching sessions, giving call monitoring feedback, and delivering performance evaluations via the phone, internet and IM. You will be required to conduct one-on-one performance reviews, monitoring and coaching sessions for each CSR on your team. These sessions may be conducted on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. You will be required to conduct a one-on-one&#8221;formal web session&#8221; with each CSR where developmental priorities for the upcoming month are identified. In this role it will be required that you Manage by remote monitoring and be available to provide guidance and answer questions for the CSRs on an as-needed basis. Supervisors will successfully build and develop a team that consistently meets or exceeds specific performance metrics ( Average Handle time (AHT), Quality, Customer Satisfaction Adherence to schedule, CSR Efficiency, Absenteeism &amp; Attrition) are some of the main areas of focus.</p>
<p>Supervisors are expected to facilitate a minimum of one team meeting monthly and meet with his/her manager weekly to review past performance and trends, and discuss priorities for the next 30 days. May be required to write an action or business plan to document how they will achieve desired results</p>
<p>In order to deliver required team performance:<br />
You will be required to deliver appropriate on-the-job training and communication, ensuring that direct reports are well informed and trained on relevant issues, processes and procedures.  Provide career pathing advice and opportunities for (CSRs) on an on-going basis and ensure team members use systems efficiently to maintain standards in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain a healthy, fun and professional work environment where a CSR&#8217;s performance is supported, appreciated and recognized. Develop and/or implement reward and recognition programs that improve team performance and associate morale for the remote team members.  Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances, as well as handle employee/personnel issues that arise during their shifts.  Enforce company policies and maintain call center goals and standards and administer corrective action as necessary</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
* Must be in current position for at least 6 months<br />
* Previous Work at Home experience preferred<br />
* Must have existing supervisory/coach/leader experience, 1 year preferred<br />
* Two plus years of center experience preferred<br />
* College degree is a plus<br />
* Strong knowledge of Line of Business for which they are applying (Wireless HP, Warranty, Sales/Retention, RA, ACC, etc.)<br />
* Proven track record of building and developing winning teams and exceeding customer expectations<br />
* Cannot be on any type of progressive discipline/written warnings<br />
* Must have experience using Microsoft Office, internet and chat programs<br />
