Couple weeks ago I got a message on our answering machine, basically saying that I’m not a real man. At the time (an now) I wish I could share my thoughts with the person who left the message, but such is life. It’s best to keep clear of the drama-queen type.

All you real men out there - Happy Fathers Day! Yup and to the women who wear both the mom and dad title in the home, keep up the great job you’re doing.

What a busy weekend it’s been. Our good friends got married on Saturday (well done Richard and Sylvia) and myself and 2 of our girls were part of the wedding party. What a long, tiring, but fun filled day. Full props to our girls who made it through the entire day without complaining and with a constant bright, beautiful smile. Even though we took pictures after the ceremony in hot and humid conditions, they were up to the task. Caron, Kieana, Tehya and Indy.. you ladies looked stunning.

HAPPY 14th Birthday to Tehya! She’s a tiny bit mad with her sisters, so she’s not sharing her ice-cream cake. with anyone. Little does she know, while she was napping today her sisters already took a good chunk for themselves. I’d better be on referee duty tonight when she discover’s the theft!

Speaking about theft! What kind of person goes to a wedding to steal a teenager’s cell phone? All it took was a couple minutes and Tehya’s phone was gone. She had just done speaking with Caron, rested it down on the head table where all the bride maids were seated and it grew legs and disappeared from her sight. You lousy jerk - I do hope you loose much more than a cell phone.

A special happy father’s day wish to my dad, you’re a constant inspiration and role model. Maybe you’re a real man?
